Earlier this month a landmark ruling was issued by the European Court of Justice which will dramatically influence reporting about the benefits of natural products used in healthcare.
The ruling on Case C-421/07 relates to the Danish government’s criminal proceedings against a journalist, Frede Damgaard, regarding “dissemination of information about a medicinal product by a third party acting on his own initiative”.
